Maffi Racing is a small team that moves fast. We run drivers in F4, Karting and E-Sports across European championships.

We're building something bigger :  a racing academy, a pathway to professional single-seaters, and a brand that opens doors for people motorsport has traditionally overlooked.
 

We're always interested in hearing from engineers, mechanics, data analysts, content creators and commercial minds who want to be part of a racing team that's still early enough for their contribution to genuinely shape what it becomes.
