E-Sports : Racing without borders

Sim racing isn't a side project at Maffi. It's part of the pathway.

Our e-sports team competes on iRacing, fielding drivers in competitive leagues and events against some of the strongest sim racers in the world. For us, it's not just about screen time, it's a genuine development tool and an entry point into the Maffi Racing ecosystem.

Several of our sim drivers also race in our real-world programme, using iRacing to sharpen racecraft, learn new circuits and build the mental habits that transfer directly to the cockpit. Others have come through sim racing first and earned their way into a real seat. That crossover is exactly the point.
