New driver joining our training program! A warm welcome to Cezary Bien. Cezary, from Poland, will focus on testing, physical training and mental preparation this year before tackling FIA F4 championships in 2026.

Cezary joins us with a strong passion for racing, and also sim-racing which he uses as a tool to practice and train. We’re looking forward to help him transition into single-seater!

A few words from Cezary:

« This is a dream come true for me. It’s incredible to make it into Formula 4 before turning 14. Just two years ago, I was a kid racing on my simulator—now I’m about to become a real racing driver. I can’t wait for testing and to prove that sim racing can create amazing drivers.
